Mr. and Mrs. T.C. Walker

Photograph of Mr. and Mrs. T.C. Walker, taken in 1921 at their home in Gloucester County. Walker served as a Rosenwald building agent and was instrumental in establishing schools for African Americans throughout Virginia.
