Elsie Strange Evans (b. 1900)
LTSH "Grandmother"

After attending Chaney State College, Elsie Strange Evans worked as an attendant at the Lynchburg Training School and Hospital, serving from the 1970s until the 1990s. She participated in the Grandmother Program there.
